BlancaReal is a Costa del Sol real estate agency founded in 1969. That makes us older than most of the resorts we sell in and older than the motorway connecting Málaga to Gibraltar. The company has stayed in the same family across generations and operates from a base in Mijas Costa with an in-house legal team, multilingual sales staff and a quality-management system certified to ISO 9001.
We currently market three new build developments on the Costa del Sol. Nylva Homes in Manilva is the one this site focuses on because of the distinctive panorama: sea, Gibraltar and the Moroccan coast from every SW-facing terrace. The two other developments (Almitak and Calahonda Sunset) have their own narrative on other sites.
What is Nylva Homes?
Nylva Homes is a 45-apartment development across three buildings, in Manilva at the western end of the Costa del Sol. The developer is Take Point Invest; BlancaReal handles international sales, in-house legal and after-sales. Prices start at €296,010 for a 2 bed, rising to €516,318 for a top-end 3 bed penthouse. Energy cert A, aerothermal heating, underground parking included. Completion Summer 2027.

What makes BlancaReal different from other Costa del Sol agencies?
Three things that actually matter, and one that sounds good but mostly does not.
- Longevity. Established 1969. Most Costa del Sol agencies are 10 or 15 years old. We have been here before the motorway, before the tourist boom, before most of the current developments existed. Longevity matters because property transactions sometimes go wrong 5 or 10 years later (inheritance issues, resale problems, boundary disputes) and you want the agency that sold you the flat still to be around.
- In-house legal. We have a legal team as part of the agency rather than farming it out. That means the legal review of your private purchase contract, the NIE application, the bank guarantee verification, and the notary completion are all handled under one roof with people who talk to each other.
- ISO 9001. Independent quality-management certification on our agency processes. It is an annual audit, not a badge you buy. Most Costa del Sol agencies do not carry it.
- Seven languages (sounds good but mostly does not matter). Useful for buyers who genuinely want to talk to us in Dutch or Italian. For most buyers English or Spanish is enough. We mention it because it is true, not because it should be the reason you pick us.
